During attempt to recharge, money gone from bank account and not arrived to sim. After 2 weeks money still missing... not good for foreigners to recharge using foreign bank account. Also very frequently asking to renew application while present coming not available without update if you need to use it.

Where is English ? On each page few words on English but the most on Arabic. Guys you have to find good coders for Android application and fire that people who maintain this application now.

Too many permissions, what for? It became a spy app with those permissions which are not necessary for its functionality !
