👎This is the worst company I have ever encountered. We are living in the 21st century, but it feels like this company is stuck somewhere in the 6th or 7th century BC. It’s an absolute nightmare. It is impossible to pay for your phone. Simply impossible to pay for your phone. Every time you try to pay for your phone, you spend 2, 3, or 4 days struggling, and only then you might manage to pay. Horrible, horrible service. I don't regret it at all. Mobily is a much better company. It is way better.

After the upgrade the app became unusable for non arab speaking. Everything is in arabic, even if you choose english in settings. An upgrade is supposed to be improving the apps features, but in your case it is the opposite!
