biometrics won't work at all, sms with an otp is soooooo long that you will see the otp only after you go literally in full screen view, part of sms communications are not translated to English, integration with Riyad Bank loyalty points stopped working several months ago, and not fixed yet. bad user experience from all points.

After the upgrade the app became unusable for non arab speaking. Everything is in arabic, even if you choose english in settings. An upgrade is supposed to be improving the apps features, but in your case it is the opposite!
