Als het mogelijk zou zijn om direct via de app een certificaat te verkrijgen, zou dat veel handiger en gemakkelijker zijn. Of als u van tevoren had laten weten dat er vertraging zou zijn, dan hadden we niet om 7 uur 's ochtends een uur in de kou hoeven te staan wachten op een bus die niet zou komen. Maar de app is goed en handig. Als er iets verbeterd of toegevoegd zou kunnen worden, zou ik de bovenstaande suggesties toevoegen.

Very bad application (and web-site too!). I tried to use it few times and every time it was broken. You can't find your bus stop If you don't know the exact name, application will not give you any hint. You can't choose your stop on the map...
