well the bad thing is that de lijn is monopoly, and none give a f--k what you wrote here. buy a car or buy hard version of a ticket 10 ritten at fuel station. best not use de lijn and repeat to all about your bad experience with them also abroad and in social media.good luck First part was today 09.11.20...

It doesn't show the real time for transport arrival, but the time when it supposed to arrive by the timetable, so it can easily arrive half an hour later than the app promises. Big disappointment about that.

I bought and used 10 rides. After paying for new 10 rides I have used around 3 rides, all the rest have disapeared. And I cant buy new rides. The system says that device and the phone number are already being used. What does it mean?

Very bad application (and web-site too!). I tried to use it few times and every time it was broken. You can't find your bus stop If you don't know the exact name, application will not give you any hint. You can't choose your stop on the map...
