I like it. Easy to use. 6 December 2017 I've bought for 67,35 EUR a ticket on a Polaris festival 2017 using a credit card (Mastercard). When I realised that I wount get to the party in time I tryed to sell ticket, but PayPal option always stucked in last step and bank transfer option was asking me IBAN number of my bank (Tinkoff) but I was asking them and they sayd that they do not have such thing (as I googled no bank in Russia have IBAN). I contacted Ticketswap support team and explained them situation. At that point they couldn't help me. Then came announce that 3rd day of a festival (10th December) was canceled due to extreme weather conditions and everyone, who has tickets will be refunded. So I contacted Polaris and Starticket (ticket seller) support and they said that they are not refunding Ticketswap tickets and said that I should contact Ticketswap team. I've contacted them that day and they said that they will contact guy who sold a ticket to me and I'll be refunded as soon as possible. And today 19 January I got my money back to my mastercatd (all 67,35 EUR). App is young and there are things to be done, but it's a realy good product and customer care is high. So i'll look forward to them and recommend app to everyone.
