0Bought 2 tickets for Stromae concert via ticketswap and both
Bought 2 tickets for Stromae concert via ticketswap and both concerts were cancelled. Ticketswap still holds the comission. On first ticket seller repaid me something. On the second concert seller is not replying. Ticketswap offers me to hire a collector agency for 20 eur extra. I.e. thefe is a chance collecting agency doesnt get the money and then you just loose 20 eur extra. Not sure what ticketswap is taking fee for. You would expect some help here.

Useless app for high wanted events. There is no possibility to manually buy a ticket without bots or any automation. Support or update can't help with that.
