Я заранее забронировал автомобиль через Getaround, но мой профиль уже 6 дней не подтверждают. Поддержка не может дать внятного ответа — только стандартные отписки и никакой конкретики по срокам. В итоге приходится отменять бронирование, хотя всё было запланировано заранее. Очень разочарован — сервис подвёл в важный момент. Надеюсь, Getaround обратит внимание на такие случаи и улучшит процесс верификации и работы поддержки. Мой совет сперва пусть подтвердят ваш профиль , а потом арендуйте авто )
